How do you know if any glass that you may have is depression glass?
When it comes to acquiring blue cobalt glass, value really is in the eyes of the beholder. It is impossible to know what a specific individual is going to fall in love with. Equally challenging is creating any piece of fine art that will appeal to everybody. No matter how impressive the master, there are a few individuals who will not be partial to or appreciate his talent. On the other hand, there are items which become collectible as well as valuable, at least to the collector, purely for the reason that you take pleasure in proudly owning them looking at them.
I love to collect glass (any kind) milk, amber, carnival whatever, but I am just getting into the hobby and I was wanting to know if there was a way of knowing if it was depression or not.....thanks for the answers in advance.
